An Interactive Cocktail workshop The Breakaway Cafe is proud to introduce you to the wonderful world of Cocktails and Flairbartending. The Breakaway Cafe is the first “Flair” cocktailbar in the Netherlands. Order a cocktail and before you know it, bottles, glassware and cocktailshakers will fly into the air doing double rittbergers and pirouettes.

 

We offer you an interactive cocktailworkshop where you get to hear about the history and the evolution of the cocktail. We will take you on a journey from the first documented cocktails to the modern cocktails. This is done in such a way that after this workshop you will be able to comprehend the basics of the cocktail and last, but not least you will be able to make your own cocktails.

 

During the presentation we invite you behind the bar to make all the cocktails with us. This off course will be supervised by highly trained bartenders and people who have years of international experience with cocktails. Also we will introduce you to Flairbartending. This is the art of throwing bottles, mixing tools and glasses while making a proper cocktail. This will also be presented by highly skilled bartenders. These bartenders have competed all over the world and are considered to be the best in their field.

 

You are presented with some really nice drinks and you will also be able to enjoy our barsnacks which will be offered to you.
